Standard design includes:

• Printing table of anodised aluminium and equipped with an absolutely play free fine-register adjustment in X-Y and diagonal direction

• Electric adjustment of the off-contact, pushbutton control. Adjustment range 3-28 mm

• Quick locking system for the screen. The screen can be slid in from the front and is allowed to extend the machine size both on front and rear

• Adjustable print stroke length by sliding proximity switches

• Accurate individual setting of squeegee and floodcoater speed between 0,15 and 1,3 m/sec

• Adjustable stop time 0-10 sec. at the end of the squeegee stroke to secure good peel-off under all circumstances

• Choice of flooding immediately after or just before the squeegee stroke

• Pre-vacuum over an adjustable timer 0-10 sec. and permanent vacuum for use during set-up

• Blow-back for easier take-off of heavy material

• Automatic stop and return movement of the top frame through an optical security system around the print head

• In open position the lifting arms are so far backwards that there is full clearance of the total vacuum area from the front and both sides. This allows loading and unloading the machine from the side (only with 1220 mm width)

• Pneumatic change-over system and pneumatic squeegee pressure equaliser including on/off function and pressure gauge

• Printed sheet counter

• Pneumatic operated peel-off action bringing the screen back to horizontal position before the flood stroke

• Klöckner & Moeller PLC control

• Prepared for side take-off (see options)
