The operation of the printing unit of the "Executive" type is completely electronically. The digital display shows all set values of the machine-parameters and information can be read out and put in for repeat jobs.

The position of the take-off unit is adjustable, so also shorter sheets can be put into the machine and unloaded automatically afterwards. Besides that the take-off heads are independently adjustable in width. The UV-unit can be opened at any time, automatically switching off the lamp.

The stacker (all functions are completely automated) is developed to handle all kinds of paper, cardboard, self-adhesive materials and all common synthetic materials. Adjustable blow air simplifies the perfect stacking of both rigid and non-rigid materials.

• Full security around the printing machine through a red safety bar that stops the machine in case of obstruction. The print head returns to upper position

• The take-off unit, adjustable in depth, has 4 heads with suckers, ø 21 mm, independently adjustable in width

• The suction heads, which have been developed by Viprotech, come down vertically, as soon as the right position is reached. This way also materials that are difficult to take off can be handled

• The teflon coated transport belt is heat- and UV-radiation proof

• The speed of the belt is adjustable from 5 to 25 m/min

• A strong vacuum with air movement of approx. 3200 m^³/hour takes care of a perfectly smooth transport of the sheets through the UV-dryer. It also prevents the temperature from becoming too high during drying

• The UV-unit is provided with 1 UV-lamp (120/800 Watt/cm), which is enough for curing inks on several materials

• The take-off unit is suited for stacking almost any kind of materials
