Vipro Multi Color Line

The Vipro Multi Color (automatic
screen-printing) Line is a modular concept, consisting of units, designed in
one style to be linked together into the desired multi color line.
The main goal for the
development has been and still is a combination of fast manufacturing
compact and stable construction, straightforward functional operation, order
and reliability. From a production point of view the development of a fast
machine not only means printing speed or cycle speed, but also short setup
time and simple adjustment. This makes a multi color line profitable even at
small productions. Orderly and functional LCD control panels for almost
every parameter highly contribute to this objective.
The low construction of the
machines as well as the built-in, for service purposes ejectable control
cabinets make that there is no need for boardings around the machine and
extra cabinets along the walls anymore. This means a considerable saving of
space. If desired, any adjustment can be made.
The basic design consists of a feeder, two printing units, two drying units
and a stacker. In this line-up one or more extra printing units can be
placed between the first printing machine, where the substrate is put into
register and the second one that takes the substrate out.
A multi gripper system with 4 grippers in each machine carries the sheet
through the machine; this system is driven by a servomotor and high-tech,
self-lubricating and maintenance free chains. It guarantees a fast and
shock-free transportation and, together with the gripper securing system for
a perfect register.
The complete line including feeder can be operated from any control panel on
the machines. All printing units are equipped with a built-in UV drying
unit.
UV-Drying system
The UV-units in the
Vipro Multi Color Line are mounted right behind the printing units; the control is
bedded in the machine.
With this "scanning" UV the grippers with the substrate
underpass the lamp. The unique construction prevents contact between lamp
and substrate and this so called "cold"
process almost eliminates the substrate from shrinking. The construction of the UV-system
also prevents disturbing light from shining
through. The lamps reduce power if there is no material underneath.
The machine is available with several printing sizes from
700 x 1000 mm.
