Vipro Shuttle
The Vipro Shuttle is a very fast, advanced and fully automatic flatbed screenprinting machine made for heavy duties in the new millennium. The aims for the development of the machine towards printing speed, ease of operation and overview have been amply achieved, also thanks to our long and wide experience in this field. The retractable feeder has been developed, in co-operation with HTB in England, especially for the Shuttle. Both units are centrally operated from the Shuttle by PLC. Almost all parameters are entered at the orderly touch screen, which reduce the time-consuming mechanical adjustments to a minimum. The servo motor controlled two gripper system and the cyclic printing table (instead of the usual swinging table) make the Shuttle the fastest of its kind. Besides the pneumatic squeegee turnover and squeegee pressure the Shuttle is able to automatically calculate the right squeegee pressure by entering the printing width. In addition to the usual specifications and adjustment possibilities both units have a number of extras. Standardly the Shuttle has a "high-lift" system with dripping plate for the squeegee carriage. This enables the easy taking off from the machine of the screens without disassembling the squeegee and floodcoater. From now on manual adjustment of the laystops is history; they are automatically operated from the control panel. The stainless steel printing table gives extra protection against scratches during processing sharp materials. A modem for a straight connection to our service department is a standard feature of the Shuttle. The feeder has a vacuum feed table and vacuum side laystops. This enables free accessibility of the sheet input and puts an end to the need of the critical adjustments of feeder wheels, brushes etc.. Obviously the feeder is equipped with the world famous Tornado sheet separation and feeder head. The Shuttle and the retractable feeder are wireless connected. The machine is available with several printing sizes from 750 x 1050 mm up to 1400 x 1800 mm. |
