Take-off Unit
Universal automatic take-off unit for the Vipro Horizon
printing machine. The unit is equipped with suction heads that pick up the printed
material from the left or right side of the printing table after printing. The
suction
heads can be adjusted independently ± 200 mm in length and also sideways within the
working width.
The Vipro Take-off unit is connected to the Vipro Horizon in such way, that the printing head
of the Vipro Horizon cannot come down when the take-off is over the printing table. The
Vipro take-off unit is characterised by a fast set-up and is unique in it's ease-of-use and is
in many ways a valuable addition to the Vipro Horizon.

Fully computer controlled by an advanced PLC in combination with an ultra-modern
touch-screen control panel, on which all functions are orderly presented and clearly
recognisable using pictograms

Free programmable pickup and discharge positions

High position accuracy and repeatability at all running speeds. This is realised by
using an encoder for position feed-back instead of ordinary limit switches

Four suction heads that can be adjusted independently.

(printing size 1620 mm)

Air connection: 6 Bar, 25 nl/min, free air

Compressor not included
The safety grid on the Vipro Horizon has to be modified
when the machine is equipped with a Vipro take-off unit. In case of a Vipro Horizon with a
printing width of 1620 mm, one modified lifting arm has to be installed as well.
The Vipro Take-off unit is available in various sizes and as left or
right side take-off.
