Standard
Semi automatic compact designed screen printing machine to print on all
kinds of flat substrates up to a maximum thickness of 25 mm. Unlike all
others, the Vipromat prints from front to rear, giving the operator an
excellent view on the screen conditions. The special shape of the
floodcoater creates an ink-reservoir between the squeegee and the
floodcoater, preventing the ink from flowing to the rear side of the screen.
All necessary adjustments can be made without the use of any special tools.
Standard design includes:

Printing table of anodised aluminium and equipped
with an absolutely playfree fine-register adjustment in X-Y- and
diagonal direction

Central hand wheel to adjust off-contact

Automatic lift-off

The screen can be slided in from the side of the
machine and may extend the machine from either side

Adjustable print stroke length by means of sliding
proximity switches

Accurate individual setting of squeegee and
floodcoater speed between 0,2 and 1,2 m/sec. Digital read-out of the set
speed

Print-flood or flood-print action

Adjustable dwell at the end of the squeegee stroke to
secure good peel under all conditions

Powerful but very silent vacuum, synchronised with
the printing cycle

Permanent vacuum for set-up purposes and adjustable
pre-vacuum for easy handling of warped materials

Automatic mode with adjustable dwell or single cycle
function by footswitch

Electronic printed sheet counter

Full security around the machine by means of a red
safety bar. After a stop the print head returns to upper position
Executive
The Vipromat Executive
is a semi automatic screen printing press that comes up to all your
expectations and more. The use of well proven modern electronics in
combination with the selective use of pneumatic functions provides the
operator with a flexible workhorse that can be accommodated to all types of
screen printing jobs. The digital read-out of machine parameters makes it
possible to store relevant information and do a repeat job with identical
results.
Executive
extras include:

Pushbutton control, electric
adjustment of the off-contact with digital read-out of the set value.

Pneumatic locking system for
the screens. Screens can be slided in from the side and may extend the
